Graphite Milling

Graphite Milling can provide many advantages in EDM machining, in particular due to the fast, flexible manufacturing of extremely fine contours.

Graphite Milling requires a high level of technical competence, since thin shapes on a graphite electrode can only be milled with low cutting forces and very close tolerances to avoid errors in the contour and guarantee very good surfaces. We use our 3- and 5-axis machines to produce electrodes to your design specifications or we can support you with 3D design and calculation of electrodes.
