The blanks were supplied to us in a punched and polished state. With the help of specially developed devices and process parameters, it was possible to simultaneously process 100 blades with a tolerance of xx mm on our wire EDM machines. Special attention is paid to the absolutely burr- and damage-free wire cutting of the ground blade. The process chain was completed by a 100% visual and dimensional inspection and the preparation of the blades for final cleaning at the customer&#8217;s premises on special holders.
